Return policy
We are happy to assist and manage all your return and/or exchange requests!
- Our return policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, and is valid only if the product is new, in re-saleable condition, consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the packaging and all packaging materials present. Based on this, the product will be replaced or refunded within 14 days.
- Products purchased through the Website can be returned and/or exchanged by hand pick-up or direct delivery
- Please ensure that the returned product(s) is accompanied by the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery note, along with all accessories and free gifts.
- If you receive a defective product (such as if it was delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or has any apparent damage), it can be returned and exchanged, or a full refund can be obtained upon approval.
Please remember:
- Product(s) must be in its original packaging and unopened, with original product order confirmation, delivery note, accessories and free gifts.
- If the customer has paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to his account, and a confirmation email will be sent to him.
- If the customer paid in cash, the value will be refunded in cash.
- If the customer loses their invoice within the 14 days, they can request a copy from our after-sales service team or call us at , and a copy of the invoice will be sent to them via email.
